Life Skills are gathering and crafting activities in Grand Blue. The four documented life skills are Fishing, Mining, Farming, and Cooking. Each has a skill tree and separate rebirth upgrades.[1]
List of Life Skills

| Fishing | Gather fish for cooking and earn gold. |
| Mining | Gather resources used to upgrade gear. |
| Farming | Grow crops used as cooking ingredients. |
| Cooking | Prepare dishes more efficiently and improve their effects. |
Rebirth
Every 100 levels in a life skill, the player can rebirth to gain one point for a rebirth upgrade in that same skill. See Life Skill Rebirth.[2]
